Dr. Kelly Webb Ferebee has a Ph.D. in Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and has her National Board Certification. She also has certification in Expressive Arts Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques. Her experience in counseling has been with adults, couples, adolescents, families, and children in both individual and group settings. She has experience working with traditional therapy as well as expressive arts therapy, and also has extensive training and experience in grief and loss counseling.

 

Dr. Webb Ferebee uses a holistic approach to counseling which takes into account the intellectual, emotional, biological, social, and spiritual dimensions of her clients. She believes that people have the ability to evaluate personal beliefs, make new decisions, overcome discouragement, and create positive change in their lives. She attempts to facilitate a cooperative and egalitarian relationship between her clients and herself using a variety of techniques designed to help her clients reach their desired goals.

 

 

Working with children and families for over 30 years in a variety of settings, Dr. Webb Ferebee has maintained a private practice in Coppell, Texas for over 16 years. Her services and experience also include supervision and training for LPC and RPT interns and professional organizations as well as consulting services for medical, school, legal, and business communities.
